How Do I Order?
Shopping is easy! It just takes a few minutes to set up an account to start shopping. Browsing our online catalog of products is fun and easy. We have over 38,000 items from which to choose.
If there is a product that you do not see, please contact customer service (800.298.1000) for additional information. We pride ourselves in being able to assist our customers with those hard to find items. If an item is discontinued, our customer service specialists can assist you in picking out a similar or replacement for that item.
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart you can proceed to checkout to make your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase shortly thereafter. Of course, you are welcome to contact customer service to answer any questions concerning your order.
What are my Payment Options?
Credit cards
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer Google Checkout. If you would like to be set up a corporate account, please contact us at 800.298.1000.
Purchase Orders
In addition to all the major credit cards, we accept purchase orders from Fortune 1000 corporations, educational institutions, and government agencies. All purchase order terms are Net 30 days. Please fax your purchase order to 888.922.0133. Re-seller or Tax Exempt certificates should be sent by fax at the time the order is placed to avoid sales tax charges.
How do I know if I have to pay sales tax?
In accordance with current law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders delivered in New Jersey, and California at the prevailing rate of sales tax in each location. Tax-exempt organizations located in New Jersey and California must fax a copy of their tax-exempt certificate and a copy of their invoice to 888.922.0133. Upon the receipt of this information we will remove all tax charges from the purchase.
Expected Delivery Times
- Expedited delivery times for each item are based on orders placed before 5 p.m. EST, pending credit approval and product availability.
- Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 5 p.m. EST Monday through Friday (business days) will be processed the following business day.
- Deliveries will be made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Residential deliveries via UPS are made until 7 p.m.
- Stocked items are usually delivered the next business day within local trade areas when the order is placed before 5:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EST time will also require additional delivery time.
- Products shipped via third party providers, such as furniture and large or heavy items require longer delivery lead times.
Delivery Policies
What are the Delivery Charges in NJ? Is there a Minimum Order for Free Delivery in NJ?
Delivery is free in New Jersey. We do not require a Minimum Order for Free Delivery! For deliveries outside of New Jersey, please refer to the heading “For shipments outside of the NJ area.”
Our service includes delivery of goods to the front door, first floor for residential dwellings and to the appropriate floor of commercial buildings with elevators. If you require additional service, please contact customer service to arrange. Additional fees may apply.
Your order will be delivered complete. However, occasionally your items may arrive in more than one shipment and charges may show as multiple transactions on your credit card statement.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and an alternate ship to address will have to be provided by the customer.
What about Backorders or discontinued products?
You will be notified if an item you ordered becomes “currently unavailable” or discontinued by the manufacturer. One of our customer service specialists will gladly assist you in picking out an equivalent product.
Our service area extends well beyond NJ. We have 40 distribution centers, and that means that 9 of 10 customers live in areas we service and in most cases should receive their orders within 1-2 business days.
FPO/APO orders DO NOT qualify for free freight. APO and FPO orders will be charged additional freight. The cost of APO/FPO orders will be assessed after the transaction is captured. We are unable to accept orders from or deliver to inmates at correctional/prison facilities.
We service the 48 contiguous U.S. states. At this time, we are unable to ship to Canada and international destinations.

For Shipments outside of the NJ Area only
- Delivery is free for orders within our service area totaling more than $75.
- Orders less than $75 will incur an $8.99 delivery fee.
- A delivery fee will be added to some items such as furniture. You will be contacted if these fees apply to your order
What about returns?
Thank you for shopping at OfficeSuppliesNJ. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines:
Office Supplies
Office supplies may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date or exchanged for an identical item regardless of when you made your purchase. For all returns: If approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us at returns@OfficeSuppliesNJ.com. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. All returns must be in “as-new” condition, and the original packaging, complete with manuals registrations cards, and accessories. We will refund your credit card once the product has been received and inspected.
Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for any liquid hand sanitizers or food products due to safety concerns. Please note that all liquid hand sanitization and food products are non-refundable.
Ink/Toner
Ink & toner cartridges may be returned in the original, unopened packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date. Opened ink/toner will not be eligible for return.
Office Furniture
Office Furniture may be returned in the original packaging (including all components and manuals) within 14 days of the original purchase date. Special order, manufacturer-direct, custom and preassembled furniture is not eligible for return.
Refunds
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase. Refunds for credit card purchases will only be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase. OfficeSuppliesNJ reserves the right to deny any return.
